2017 – PingTech Academy
In 2017, the organization expanded with the launch of PingTech Academy, initially offering coding and robotics programs for children. Over time, the Academy evolved to provide practical digital skills training for unemployed youth, preparing them for careers in technology, entrepreneurship, and remote work.

2024 – PingTech Hosting
In 2024, PingTechnologies strengthened its digital infrastructure capacity by acquiring. The Joynt Hosting and launching PingTech Hosting. This move created a practical platform where young developers could gain hands-on experience by building and managing real

“On a quest to find information to backup the PingLady business plan in its startup phase, our founder, Syson Kunda became conscious of a significant problem regarding the scarcity of information related to women in technology in South Africa. Determined to avail this information to the public as a significant aid to address the gender parity gap in the technology industry in South Africa, Syson enrolled for an MIT ICT Management course with University of Pretoria and did a mini thesis on the low retention rate of women in technology in South Africa. Her mini thesis was published in an international journal and won the 2023 award for
excellence“.
